140 N. Clarke Street is ideally situated directly across Clarke Street from the main campus. Although nearly a century old, it has been recently renovated (2017), featuring an updated exterior and significant interior remodel. Interior renovations include new energy efficient windows, all new kitchens (stainless appliances, cabinets, granite countertops), updated bathrooms, lighting, carpet, and paint. New high-efficiency AC units added in 2019. All units include a washer/dryer unit. If you’re a late sleeper or spend a lot of time on campus, this is the place for you! All units open to covered front porches. Off-street parking provided in private lot behind building.
